Do I need an app?
No. It works without an app, account, or subscription.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after shipping, though some orders can take up to 20 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I wear it under clothing?
The neck-worn design is intended to be worn externally, similar to a lanyard. We're not able to confirm sensor accuracy under fabric yet, so we don't recommend under-clothing wear at this time.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If your Poised arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery — return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.
