Smart posture training, simplified
Slouching? It'll let you know.
The posture trainer that vibrates the second you slump — helping you become more aware of your posture before slouching becomes a habit.
Lightweight. Rechargeable. No app. No subscription. No straps.
Poor postureisn’t your fault.
But there is something you can do about it.
Modern life traps us in positions that work against our natural alignment. Hours hunched over screens and phones add up — and most of us don’t notice until it’s already uncomfortable.
Tight Neck & Shoulders: Hours hunched over a screen can leave your neck and shoulders sore and tense by the end of the day.
Feeling Less Confident: Slouching can make you feel less put-together — in meetings, in photos, in everyday moments.
Losing Focus by Afternoon: Sitting hunched for long stretches makes it easier to lose energy and concentration as the day goes on.
Habits That Build Up: Small slouches add up over time. The earlier you build awareness, the easier it is to stay comfortable long-term.

Questions? Answered.
Does it hurt or feel uncomfortable to wear?
It's designed to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear, resting around the neck and shoulders without traditional straps.
How does it actually detect bad posture?
A built-in angle sensor monitors your posture. When it detects you've slouched past a set threshold, it sends a subtle vibration to bring your attention back to your posture.
Will it fit me?
Yes — it's designed with universal, one-size-fits-most sizing suitable for adults and children alike.
How long does the battery last?
Fully charges in about 2 hours via USB and lasts roughly a week of everyday use on a single charge.
Do I need an app?
No. It works without an app, account, or subscription.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after shipping, though some orders can take up to 20 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I wear it under clothing?
The neck-worn design is intended to be worn externally, similar to a lanyard. We're not able to confirm sensor accuracy under fabric yet, so we don't recommend under-clothing wear at this time.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If your Poised arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery — return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.
